Herb was great in helping me through my Ch. 13 bankruptcy. I was very worried about the whole process and Herb explained it perfectly. I immediately felt I could trust him. He has done an above and beyond job for me. The best thing about Herb is that he always takes his client's calls and will returns client calls very quickly. His staff is great, very knowledgeable and you will always get a live person answering the phone at the office. I can't recommend Herb enough. He is a great person and a great attorney.

Attorney Weinberg is outstanding in every aspect. His extremely comprehensive knowledge of the law coupled with his ability to convey the complexities therein with concise and meaningful language readily understood by the Lay person is an indescribable asset for the consumer. Mr. Weinberg is thoroughly professional, congenial and personable. As such and to that end for any individual or entity currently considering bankruptcy or other related legal matter(s) without first seeking his consultation is doing themselves an injustice of magnanimous proportions. I know of no other way to put it. As consumers, we often see bankruptcy as an intimidating and nearly insurmountable undertaking. Let me state without hesitation or reservation that I cannot be more adamant in assuring you that after meeting with Attorney Weinberg you will find that your concerns and / or misunderstandings have been thoroughly addressed in every respect. Additionally you will find, as did I and others known to me, that you are leaving his office without the weight of the World on your shoulders that you walked in with. I simply cannot recommend him more strenuously and words belie any ability to do so. Suffice it to say that you will understand once you have your life back and have been afforded the opportunity to start fresh.
