I met Srinivas to take an advise on my legal stay here. I am on HIB with no pay for 4 months, he explained all options I have to handle my situation.

I just wanted to share my experience with Srinivas Ramineni and his team regarding my I-485 issues. I was in deep trouble since USCIS erroneously denied my I-485, I have contacted the RLA team and Srinivas Ramineni explained me the next steps and how to expedite the motion. He is very professional and knowledgeable, right away we moved ahead and within 30 days my case had been reopened and pending. I am back to normal and very much thankful to the team especially Srinivas, Glenn and Eric. Kudos to you guys.

I got an RFE for my OPT extension. Couple of my friends recommended Srinivas Ramineni, so I contacted him. I am glad I did. He is very professional, patient, knowledgeable. He took time to analyze my case, he came with an excellent response. After sending the response to USCIS, I got the response back from USCIS in 3 days. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and also in future I would definitely contact him if I have any immigration issues.

I seeked their help after my cousin referred them. My employer did not pay me since the day i started working for him, thats when i consulted them and sent out all the documents they asked for and the Ramineni's team started their process in no time. Within few days, i heard the good news from them. I highly recommend him and his team for their tremendous and outstanding dedication in their work.

Just before applying for H1 extension, I realized that my I94 was dated based on a earlier H1 (with a validity date in the past), instead of my current H1. I consulted other attorneys prior to Ramineni and received mixed responses. This coupled with some misleading information on the internet made me very worried as to how to get this fixed and even doubt if it were possible to get it fixed. Ramineni was recommended by a friend of mine, and I contacted him for a consultation. He was prompt in his response and advised me to go to the local CBP office first to get it fixed. Also he explained the various other options available in case the issue was not fixed at the CBP office. He did not charge anything for the telephone consultation (he would charge only for any further services if required). I would definitely recommend Ramineni for immigration related matters.

I worked with attorney Ramineni as we found out after the fact that the I94 has expired . I reached out to Ramineni on recommendation of couple of my friends who directly work with him. I emailed Ramineni on Friday and I was able to get a call scheduled with Ramineni on Monday morning. I was never a client of his and he didn't know me, but he understood the severity of the issue and gave us a rush appointment. We were very concerned reading about the issue online, but Ramineni offered very specific instructions, which eased our concern a lot.

I also found Ramineni's service very reasonable compared to other attornies. Lot of other attornies that I worked with first ask us to pay the money before scheduling the call. Ramineni gave us a free appointment and told that he'd charge if we needed more services. I definitely recommend him and you can't go wrong.

Just want to share my view on Srinivas Ramineni and his team regarding my Immigration issues.
I was in deep trouble since my previous employer was blacklisted by USCIS.Reached out to RLA team and they did a outstanding job with my new H1 ,new perm , new I140 and I also got Intend to Deny for my new I140 with new employer.With in 30 days RLA team has to send the response to USCIS but it got delayed because I have to get the experience letters from the previous vendors and RLA team has only three days to finish but the team did a outstanding job and response was send ontime and it got approved.

I filed my Green card through this attorney. I had H1B visa and when I was filing I485, this law firm helped me. They did do great job in preparing the paper work and they have always very responsive. I have received RFE on my case. They reviewed it and asked to furnish further documents. After my response, they did prepare RFE response and applied. Eventually the case got approved.

Ramineni's office is a one stop solution for us. We have been working with Ramineni for the last 5 years and not even in 1 instance we were dissatisfied with their services. I highly recommend his office services for any one looking for legal counsel in Immigration.

Double masters degree in the US. Have been here a long time. However, after several delays and the sixth year of H-1B I had to transfer to a new employer. This employer used Attorney Ramineni and ACLG, LLC. The new exactly what do. H-1B RFEd,but approved. PERM certified in three months and I-140 approved in two days!. Filed second extension and obtained three more years in H-1B status. This is not a guarantee, but my experience has been great.

My first H-1b was denied because my employer had issues and as my project location changed while the H-1B extension was pending. But, this firm pursued my second H-1B application and today I am back in the US in valid status. All thanks to this firm. I would recommend this firm and attorney Ramineni to anyone and at anytime.

I would recommend this lawyer to everyone. There was a lengthy RFE on my case asking my employer to establish employer-employee relationship. This firm answered my RFE with a very detailed RFE response and my H-1B was approved without a problem

2. Application audited in Jan’08 asking for recruitment proof
3. Audit replied with relevant papers in Feb’08
4. Application denied in Dec’09 stating that the recruitment papers were filed with incorrect address
Attorney informed me about the denial after 3 weeks – I had less than a week to a seek 2nd opinion regarding filing the appeal –
The overall process cost me 4 years towards my immigration process – I would not recommend this lawyer as I found him unprofessional to do business with.
