About me

My desire to enter the legal field manifested through my frustration with the advocacy limitations of social services.  I had previously worked in elder services for many years as a case manager, intake assessment specialist, and volunteer and felt strongly about protecting the rights of seniors.  As an attorney, I now have knowledge of the full range of options available to advocate for my clients.  I have a demonstrated commitment to public service, and providing access to justice to our most vulnerable citizens.

  • Alisha S. Tomasino

Sarah is amazing! I'm so fortunate to be able to draw on her immense knowledge of all things Probate (guardianships, estate planning, elder law), and whenever I have a question, or need information about this subject area, Sarah provides the most comprehensive information. I have also had the benefit of seeing her interactions with client, and she is not only knowledgeable, but kind and compassionate. I would highly recommend her!

I have consulted with Attorney Peterson on a number of elder and estate planning cases. She is extremely knowledgeable in both areas of law and well respected in the legal community. I highly recommend her.
