About me

I have been an attorney for over 30 years, and I currently have a law and mediation practice in Natick. I assist individuals, businesses and organizations to increase productivity and harmony through conflict resolution, training and consultation. Active listening and creative problem-solving are key components of my practice. I was co-chair of the Boston Bar Association’s ADR Committee from 2001-2004. I became president of NEACR in April 2008. I serve on the panels of the Community Dispute Settlement Center, FINRA and BBA/BMC panel.

  • Lisa J Smith

Mindy is one of the most compassionate lawyers with whom I’ve had the pleasure to work. As a mediator, she is able to help parties move toward meaningful resolution of their problems. She is knowledgeable about the law and about how to help clients talk to each other. She shares her information in a clear and concise manner. From my experience, her divorce clients have been very pleased with her mediated agreements and their abilities to maintain good family relationships thereafter. I have known Mindy for 25 years and highly recommend her
