As a fellow attorney, I really appreciated Matt's knowledge and advice. Matt's approach, of knowing when to litigate and when to negotiate really helped me.

Attorney Trask went above and beyond the job description in assisting me in a criminal matter. I was in a situation that required legal counseling, and I have no doubt that I would have failed without him. I was in great distress when I contacted him, and when I hung up the phone I was significantly less anxious. His knowledge of the legal system has given him a well-justified confidence. He immediately knew of multiple holes in the case against me, things that I would have never thought of. He simply has the right mind for law, but also the knowledge and experience to make full use of it. Going beyond that, he is also a very nice guy, and truly cared for me as a client. He calmed me down when I had received an alarming and awful accusation, and was genuinely happy for me when I achieved positive results.

Mr Trask was extremely helpful when it came to explaining the confusing gun laws in the state of massachusetts. He took the time to answer all my questions in a very easy to understand mannor. He explained to me the different options of applying for a gun license in my town and helped me through the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use him for all my law needs. He was quick to return my calls and I feel he truly cares about the clients he represents.

Without getting into too much detail, I had a question with my application for a license to carry. Matthew quickly explained to me my options, and helped me figure out which the best option for me was. Supposedly I'm going to be getting my license to carry within the next 4 months now!

In September of 2010 i was faced with the harsh reality that my finances were in complete disarray. I had a business that failed 2 years prior, an investment property that I was about to lose via foreclosure, my primary residence mortgage payments, auto loan and $100,000 in credit card debt that I was delinquent on.
I reached out to friends and family for references as I knew bankruptcy was becoming my only solution to a fresh start. I met with many different attorneys who specialized in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies. Some refused my case because of it's complexity, others told me if they took my case we would fail, one just laughed at me, and then i had the good fortune of meeting with Matthew Trask and his firm.
Matthew was very straight forward and honest from our first meeting and throughout the whole process. He helped me understand the different obstacles we could face and explained the uniqueness of my case. He and his staff consistently answered my questions, concerns and helped me through this painful process. In the end I would not have been able to complete the discharge of all the debts i mentioned above and complete a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy without Matthew Trask's assistance. He has helped me get a fresh start on my life and I highly recommend him.
