We had a refinance with a bank that became very difficult. Felicity stuck with us through to the end, even driving to our house to get things signed and recorded on the appropriate day, despite numerous bank delays. She made us feel confident during the process, and continued to update us as things changed.

Felicity Hardee has represented our non-profit housing development organization on a number of real estate development projects involving multiple public financing sources in Massachusetts. Attorney Hardee has been very effective in reviewing and drafting legal documents that must conform to the requirements of the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development, the Massachusetts Housing Partnership, and other public and quasi-public entities as well as private lending institutions. She has also provided us with useful guidance on presenting complex issues to municipal officials and boards. Attorney Hardee recently worked with us to develop an agreement with the MassDEP involving the use of a deed restriction regarding occupancy limitations on a project served by a private well. She has also worked with us on the development of projects using Massachusetts Chapter 40B comprehensive permits, and a publicly financed project involving the use of a ground lease. We have found Attorney Hardee's work to be timely, thorough and effective.
