About me

I help clients with complex real estate transaction and litigation needs.  A portion of my practice involves development of affordable housing for low and moderate income residents.  I enjoy taking projects from dirt to occupancy and closed the first Tax Credit Assistance Program project in Massachusetts.  Let's build our economy and community together!

  • George W Marion

Felicity has a wealth of experience in several different areas of the law. She practiced for many years at Springfield's largest firm, initially working as a litigator (actually trying cases, unlike some who call themselves litigators). She then concentrated for several years in environmental law before focusing more directly on real estate law. Given her wide and varied background, she can effectively and efficiently handle a great variety of legal matters. And she's a terrific person to boot!
