About me

I have acted as a Mentor for New Bar Advocates in both Hampshire and Hampden Counties. Specifically, I provided oversight and instruction on practice and procedure in the District Courts to incoming members of local Bar Advocate Programs through the Committee for Public Counsel Services.

I have acted as Volunteer for the United States Veteran's Adminsitration.  Specifically, I participated in a "Stand-down" at Westover Air Force Base, Chicopee, Mass., providing free legal advice and support for our nation's veterans.

I have acted as a Volunteer G.E.D. teacher in Springfield, Mass.  Specifically, I provided education and instruction to low-income and minority students eager to further their studies.

As a solo practitioner for over 20 years, I have been involved in numerous favorable dispositions, acquittals by jury and jury waived trials, dismissals pursuant to successfully argued motions to dismiss and otherwise as well as allowed motions to suppress evidence unlawfully obtained by the Government after hearing or otherwise.  I have provided significant Pro Bono Publico representation of indigent persons accused of crimes.

I have been accepted onto and served on the following panels of the Committee for Public Counsel Services: District Court, Juvenile Court, Youthful Offender, Appeals and Superior Court.
