I agree with David Canale - there have been recent cases in Georgia that strongly support the proposition that, once a person in a divorce has agreed to refinance, and that agreement has been made a part of the Final Decree of divorce, if he has failed to comply then he could be held in contempt. As David says, however, it would be up to you to take him to court to make that happen.
