Unless the officer was there and saw the light himself at the time you entered the intersection, then whatever he wrote down regarding the light is all hearsay and inadmissible. He is simply restating what others allegedly at the scene told him, and if you told him different, then he chose not to believe you and to believe the other driver or other independent witness(es) who may have hung around. But none of what the officer says or believes is admissible, unless it is based on his own personal observations. A judge will have to decide. You may prove the more believable witness at the trial, but that depends on how credible the other witness(es) are as well.

Other car dont have head lights turned on at 830pm. Cop saw that they are turned off before towing the car. But the other driver says she turned them on. Does this help at all?

i didnt know, until the police report says that i was the one who is guilty. But I'm pretty sure that I passed in green. May be its bad luck.
