Thank you for your answer. I called the Judges clerk and she referred me to the local rules as well.... The case is in superior court of San Bernardino. I have looked through the rules and still cannot find the deadline to file witness and exhibit lists.... I did find the motions in limine to have an 8 day notice deadline.
