Actually I contacted the rights holder and they agreed, after seeing the cut, that it's use was parodical and fair use, and gave me their blessing to use the song. Thanks for your input though, I'm glad I asked the rights holder and avoided any issues!

That is good news. But make sure you get an agreement from the rights holder in writing. An oral agreement is not going to do you any good.
