Update: I contacted the pro se department in the Allegheny County Courts - very helpful. She listened, sent me the appropriate form to begin the process of getting in front of our judge. I completed the form, brought it down to the courthouse, mailed out 'his' copy and I now have a hearing scheduled for Jan 5th! SO HAPPY! Thank you for your input and help. Getting 'here' was definitely like finding a needle in a haystack though. When the attorneys quit, they don't guide you in this direction and they definitely should; that's wrong.

I know my case better than anyone and I know I can represent myself at this point. We've had 2 discoveries, I hired and now have the results of a forensic accountant revealing his real income, the judge has reviewed all this information. Now I pray it's the end of the nightmare. She knows a settlement must be made and I am praying she will do it at this point. In addition to applying some punishment to the 4 counts of contempt. Jan 5th will be a turn-around day and a day I've waited for for a long time.
