I had a similar issue in Arcadia, CA. How is this legal for cities to make up parking laws and not be responsible for posting up signs? I am tempted to sue the City... if only I had the resources.

Oh I know... but it's about the principle. Also, I cannot imagine how much $$ cities are stealing from good citizens from this loophole. Maybe I should start with a petition to see if it works its way up to something big enough (class action type of deal?) for cities to get off their lazy, incompetent, greedy arses - similar to how traffic cameras are being removed in CA. I would if I lived in the area. Those people disgust me. They are less beneficial to society than prisoners because at least prisoners do community service.
