i done signed the agreement papers and from what workers comp say he got my ck and his ck separetly in july

Sorry about your unfortunate experience. I still think it is worth talking to a workers' comp lawyer just to make sure there is notning else you can do there. In Ohio, the Courts have a victims fund for clients who are subject to theft by lawyers, and a general victim's of crimes fund. Check with your state supreme court to see if they have either type of fund and if you qualify for help. Otherwise, you will need to sue the lawyer or law firm that stole from you, and I'm guessing he may not have much money to pay people back. If he had malpractice insurance, that may be some help. You may want to see if the District Attorney has a victim's assisstance program that can provide other help---maybe they can verify if he had malpractice insurance for you and get you their information for you to file a claim. But do things now - if you wait, they could try to claim you waited too long.
