Judge Mega hears the cases there. Michelle Ghalli is the AP. She is very
detail oriented. My guess is that you failed to include something. Do you
have an attorney? If so ask the attorney to refile or amend. If not, and
we can file under the original fees, my office can likely file an amended
petition. I do not know if you need to reserve everyone. But if you pay any
needed filing fees and mailing costs for service we can do an amendment
for about $500.

This is just a big mess. You are not that far from me. So, all I would pay to fix this would be $500? I do need to sit and speak to someone.

If the mess is as I believe, and I can call Michelle (who I know well) to
find out, the cost would be $500 to me but you would have to pay new filing
fees if required (they may not be required- less than $100 I believe) and
any new service mailing costs if required (figure $60-$80 per mailing maybe
two mailings). It depends on whats wrong with the original filing. If you
are just too early you will have to refile and repay the costs. You still
have not said if you used an attorney the first time. Call the office if
you like.
