Thank you for your contribution Mr.Eichorn. I am not sure if you read my comment to Mr.Riley's response. Considering I work in the industry that deals closely with medicine, I understand and appreciate the concept of an ounce of prevention, but the key is to know where and how to spend it and not jump into the game without knowledge! My intention is not to save a buck, but to spend it wisely!

Your company pays for representation during the PERM process / the recruiting. You can identify a lawyer that you might like to work on the case, but it's your company's choice and their money. The company, with all due respect, really should exclude you from the process to ensure its integrity.
