Sadly there are not any services to help you out financially with the legal process.
Being out of State makes the situation even harder and she will continue to resist every move you make. Your only option is to have an attorney that is willing to push forward unless you are able to be in court.
In some cases it would be cheaper to fly out here for the court appearances than hire an attorney.

I was doing that at first and lost my job because I had to spend too much time out there. I am going crazy. My daughter was with me for two weeks this summer instead of the month and a half she was suppose to. My ex moved and had to switched to another school that started sooner than her other one. Never told me where they were moving to until about a week or two before she came to visit with me. By then it was too late for me to do anything. She won't agree to give me the time ba k next summer. Then after returning home to her mom, I only speak to her at might (if I'm lucky) to say goodnight. We have about a 1 min conversation and she has to hang up. When I bring this up to my ex. She says she can't be there to minutes how many times we talk in one day and denies that she is keeping me from speaking to my daughter. I need serious help!!

I have done that and have been going back and forth for months. I had found work and since lost it again because of this situation. She knows I am out of funds and is taking full advantage. Is there any resources for fathers out there that you can recommend so I can seek legal and financial help from? I can't afford to pay my attorney anymore and I feel that because I don't live in CA my attorney is not looking for my best interest or my child's.
