He said a claim adjuster that is licensed in colorado to give a settlement payment for bodily injury. Adjuster is located in Las Vegas. Awhile back he said that he was ready to extend an offer for the bodily injury and now he is saying that he needs to pass this on to a licensed CO adjuster??

Wow, that's frustrating. There are two things that I can say at this point. First, it might beneficial for you speak with an attorney licensed to practice in Colorado. Personal injury attorneys typically offer a free consultation and you might be able to get some good pointers in a short phone call. Second, if this "independent adjuster" is still going to make you a good offer, then perhaps it ends up being a moot point. If you don't get a worthwhile offer or you feel they are jerking you around, then don't waste more of your time and consult with an attorney.
