Hello I would like to ask you Mr. John Joseph Miraavich If I have a suit against a hospital. The hospital called my grandmothers house, a number i gave them to reach me at, and i was not there so they left a message.They told her they wanted me to be apart of a survey for first time pregnant women. I feel as though that was too much information, they could have just told her they needed to reach me and gave my grandmother a number where I could call back, going on about the survey and the first time pregnancy was too much personal information. I didn't even want my grandmother to know I was expecting until I told her myself and they blew that for me. So do i have the right to sue?, I am already filing a complaint.
