What happens in this case I'm a man who took a DNA test it said I was not the father. And then I still dated my girlfriend got attached to her 2 year old son and signed the Birth Certificate. The problem now is she is in jail for missing court 4 times and Child Welfare Services went to her mom's taking him away. I have had to show up to Juvenile Court due to this case and they keep bring up about my DNA test they want me to show a Birth Certificate will it hurt me Perjury wise on this case I did it to help my girlfriend with her son and I Love him besides her.
