Thank you for your answer. My bf is a US citizen, do you think it would expedite my daca case if we were to get married ?

Getting married is not going to expedite your DACA case. Marriage is irrelevant to the DACA eligibility or adjudication.

However, while we don't know the facts of your case in full, it would appear that if you marry you will be eligible for adjustment of status and can get a work permit in 60 to 90 days and your residence shortly thereafter. You indicated that you were inspected by an immigration officer (albiet with an element of fraud). In that situation, the case cited by my colleagues, Matter of Arabally, would not be relevant to your situation and you should be cautious about departing the United States.

Your case obviously has a long history to it and you really need to meet with an experienced immigration attorney who can review the facts in detail and advise you how best to proceed. This forum is not the place to get individualized advice.
