You did not ask me how you would be caught or if you could get away with it. You asked me if was an infringement - and it is in my opinion. Certainly, it may be difficult or impossible to trace under the circumstances and in fact only a smal percentage of copyright violations are uncovered, and even less are the subject of cease and desist letters and then even less are the subject of lawsuits. None of that changes whether your proposal is permitted under the Copyright Act - it isn't.
