I have spoke with an attorney and she filed motion for discovery and they charged her $25.00 for it she informed me that there was some things she had to question and waiting for them to respond it is over lottery tickets they said a ticket was turned in on my shift and because of that i stole it and that other tickets on bonus box was scratched on all tickets cops said none were sold the day before but on notice to appear it now shows tickets 14 through 59 boss had no way of keeping track of tickets sold except by the word of employees no camera no scanner on register

I am glad you have an attorney on the case. The charge for discovery is a bit high in my experience, but not unheard of. With lottery tickets the state keeps pretty close records, at least of where they send which tickets. You need to address your questions about the case and the firing to your attorney.
