i am giving child support in mexico to the mother, but i beleive her parents are the legal guardians (something that i did not gave or sign agreeing too), they are getting medicare and i believe food stamps for the kids, even though i am giving child support, I don't care if the kids are getting that...it is probably their right, but i belive she lied in order to get all these benefits. is there a way to find out if she lied or not?
thanks

Well if you were divorced in Mexico you need to go through the court there to do something. So both you and the mother are in Mexico and the children are in the US? Contact a Mexican attorney.

Again I cannot answer that. Go to a Mexican lawyer. The Mexican law is what governs your case.
