The audio recording was made in person, and it is legal in the state to record without consent as long as you are a party to the conversation.
I have to respectfully disagree and point you to the statute: ORS 165.540(c). A telephone conversation may be recorded without the consent of the other party if you are party to the conversation. The same is NOT true for in person recordings. In that instance, ALL persons present must consent. You really should consult counsel at this point. Best of luck to you!
