Thanks to both of you - If I'm asked about her directly for work purposes since I am a known member of her graduating class from art school, is it OK to speak truthfully regarding endorsements? If someone asks me "I she reliable with deadlines etc" is it OK to say "No, she has never been in my years of knowing her," ?

This forum is designed to give people a chance to post general legal questions and get general answers. What you are now requesting is specific legal guidance on a specific issue. That, in my opinion, exceeds the scope of this forum. And, since legal advice is the only thing I sell, you are, in essence, asking me to work for you for free. I'll pass on that opportunity.

Oh woops I'm sorry, didn't mean to do so, sir. It was just a question that came to my mind. I do thank you for your answer.
