I am a parent who had a very similar situation in the Santa Cruz Coumty Juvenile Dependency system. The judge is highly prejudice. My battle has been against my step-father, ex swat, current fire captain, and trustee to the state of california. I am submitting a civil suit in the Northern District Federal Courts today for Deprivation of Life and Liberty.... Good luck to you and your daugher.
