I make really good money, so I'm no bum. I just cannot work in this pain. It seems as if I'm off balance and now have started to feel dizzy all the time. I can barely walk but still try going to work, just so I'm not frown upon but I leave everyday because of the back pain and I feel very guilty. I just want to make sure my attorney as slow as she maybe is doing all that she can because I have no problem dropping her. It's still very early

They should if they fired you because of your pain. If you made your complaints known to them and the complaints are related to your injury, then your termination was a result of your accident and they should commence temporary total disability benefits as of the date of your termination. Call and speak with the insurance adjuster or a representative of the company and ask that income benefits be commenced. There are some other issues that come into play, such as the calculation of income benefits, etc. if you have not already received benefits. I will be glad to speak with you regarding your questions and potential representation if you desire. Feel free to call me, especially if they do not commence your income benefits quickly. I will be glad to help.

Sincerely,

B. Shawn Rhodes
