What is Yellowstone Injunction in New York County Supreme Court? and what is TRO in the Supreme Court? Also to cure a default means we have to finish the cure within that 5 or 3 days notice or we have to start curing when we get the letter?
OK. Very simple. If this happened to you hire an attorney. You have no time to delay. You may find all that information by an Internet search. knowing the definitions alone will not help, but at least you would have a better idea what lies ahead and the reasons that saving your business may be expensive.
OK. I think you may have sent an email about definitions of TRO, Yellowstone Injunction, and so on, but the definitions will not help you out without an attorney prepared immediately to spend a full 24 hour day preparing the necessary papers, filing your complaint, purchasing the index number and RJI, obtaining the exparte order, serving the landlord's attorney and so on, wondering about the definitions of the legal terms is good, but doing the work in this ridiculously short period of time you negotiated for in your lease is a problem. If you know that the landlord is accurate about the allegation of default why not just "cure" and save $15,000 in legal fees.
