it was a summons actually for a conservancy and guardianship hearing, I just wanted to know if I should worry about documents signed before her illness would still be valid mostly.

The documents should still be valid. Sadly, if guardianship/conservatorship proceedings are taking place, then one of the advantages of the estate plan is not being realized. If the agent is not trustworthy, then that may not be a huge loss. At least the court will have some oversight of the situation.
