I brought as legal store and still under warranty. I could get the receipt... But store require to be present. I simply don't have the time. Manucture just giving hard time. They just want to avoid and denied warranty. Are there any classic cases where courts strike down on manufactures liability?

They should have you listed as an owner of the computer. You should have a record (credit card, canceled check, receipt from store) to show you own it. If you are unable to produce such a record, I can almost see their argument...
