For almost 2 years. It is so emotionally draining.

Please help. Do you or anyone know an attorney willing to take payments plans or payment when I get 401k and alimony?

He is in Bradenton, Manatee county. Judge also granted shared parenting plan, boys are with me in summer. My ex not following the plan either. My boys are 14 and 17. I really need to get spousal maintenance so I can support myself.

I am so sorry, but i really don't know anyone in that area? I recommend contacting the women's shelters in that area as well as the court, they may be able to refer you to a pro bono lawyer or an attorney that will do the work for a deferred or reduced fee? The other issue is how long you were supposed to get spousal support and whether your rights are still enforceable given the time that has lapsed without your taking action? If there is back support owing, and your ex husband is earning a good salary, then you may be able to convince an attorney it is worth taking the case on a deferred fee?
