If the probate occurred in Sacramento, then that's where you should be looking for a lawyer. If your father was a resident of Massachusetts and the probate is here, look for a Massachusetts lawyer.

I never received a citation..Only a copy of the will..I am contemplating getting a lawyer....most of the MA lawyers I have talked to said to consult Sacramento, CA lawyers.
