That said, nothing in the post is a clear admission of anything. It could as easily be a Hypothetical questions. But when you contact an attorney directly for legal advise anything you discuss with the attorney is protected information which can't be disclosed. (There is a small exception to this that an attorney can disclose a client's confidential information to prevent the client or another person from getting hurt or killed.)

The post itself is probably fine. I just didn't want the poster to unknowingly make some sort of admission in the comments section based on the question, "Are you a drug dealer?"

True - there are ways to get the internet history from the web page host and trace a post back to the IP address of the poster.
