If you plan on remaining a permanent resident during this process you need only file one I-130 petition for your spouse. You do not need to file a separate petition for your daughter. She will be entitled to come to the US at the same time as your Wife. You would need to file separate forms for her for the embassy when they are processing the visa. Only if you plan on becoming a US citizen, depending on the timing would I suggest that you file two separate petitions since your daughter would not be allowed to automatically come anymore through her mother. You would not need to re-file any petitions once you become a citizen. Just send proof the the USCIS of your citizenship and request the presumably approved petitions to be upgraded. You're better off having an attorney guide you. Mistakes can lead to very long delays.
