I agree with what Mr. Sorios has written. I add the he and I assume you are upset that the lawyer checked with your aunt to see if the trust conformed to her wishes. I point out that besides having an equal privilege to discuss the matter with his actual client, s/he had a DUTY to do this. If s/he did not ask, you are both at serious risk of an undue influence suit by other relatives, especially your aunt's kids, if any.
