You commented that my answer was incomplete, so here is what I am looking for. Since I collect Ssdi i have no lost wages which I assume would be a large part of any award. Although I will be in a cast for a total of six Weeks, this does not cause me significant monetary harm. Is it necessary to have monetary damages?
