Well Brandy that is really my whole problem with all of this. You see I am out of money. I was injured and can't return to usual career. Now I have been doing just odd jobs trying to survive and I will admit my attorneys have been very helpful. But, now we are in trial and I am supposed to show up to court
everyday on time in a suit in a great mood. I bought some suits at the goodwill
which is fine but I cant work if I am in court and I have no gas money, my tags are expired plus I have no insurance or food to eat for that matter but they just spent another 50,000 dollars on a ten second animation video to illustrate my accident. My point is wouldn't it be smarter to advance me a fraction of that so I can get my personal affairs in order because my whole case seems to hinge on how well I testify.

50,000 on a 10 second video does seem excessive. However, it's not your money they're advancing. They're gambling that you'll win and that the 50K is worth it. However, they should have consulted with you first before making such expenditures. Most professional ethics rules prohibit attorneys from loaning a client money basically to exist.

Thank you - I didn't know it was unethical. The playing field is already pretty unequal. I am just one individual, that has nothing left, suing a public corp that does over a billion in sales in one quarter. Pretty impossible task but, wish me luck, but it seems like we are winning. The defense has done nothing from the start except add insult to injury. I don't think I knew what the word ruthless meant until now. But thanks for your comment. Really.

You know... I'm always a big fan of the little guy. For what it's worth... I really hope you prevail! Good luck!
