He doesnt have a job and hasnt been able to keep a stable position for 5-6 years. He recieved a felony 5 1/2 years ago and ever since has had a hard time getting employment. I know that sounds bad but he is a great guy just in the wrong place at the wrong time and made a poor decision andthe judge wanted to make an example of him becuase he was trained to know better. Anyway I know he wouldnt be able to afford to pay my attorneys fees at all but I know his parents would pay his so I am nervous about that. I have paid for everything for our kids for 5-6 years because I felt bad asking for anything since he didnt have any money. Now I know that was stupid but I am too nice.

Nonetheless, often times the ex is motivated just at the thought of having to deal with the courts and risk an order pay. Good Luck.
