Thank you for responding. I have tried talking to him before and saying that if it didnt get better things are going to change. He always just says he will change and it wont happen again and it does. I have spoke to him so many times and he just isnt getting it. I dont think he takes me seriously but I am at the point where if the change doesnt happen soon they are going to kick my son out of his AR program and we wont have enough time to work on it and correct thier grades before report cards come out. This has been going on so long I dont know if I can or should chance taking his word again. I am so confused I dont want to fight or battle and I know he is going to be livid but I keep telling myself it is my job as their mom to do what is in the best interest of the kids.

Perhaps you should consult with an attorney in your area to see what out of court options you have. Having an attorney make a call to the father may prompt him to be more cooperative if there is a possibility that things could lead to court. Best of luck to you.
