Not sure how to respond in the forum. I don't plan to relabel the items. Montblanc refills are sold separately, but require a few specialized parts for fitting in g2 pen. Both parts are sold retail so I don't think there is an issue reselling. Maybe have to be sold inassembled and all parts separated and simple diagram how to assemble. To be sold on website with portion to charity]]

The charity part is irrelevant. There is an issue with reselling if you package them together. The first key is you cannot allow a potential customer to get confused about whether you are somehow affiliated with either Pilot or Montblanc. If you do they will sue for trademark infringement. See 15 USC chapter 22. Both have deep pockets and brand names of long standing, Pilot since about 1911 and Montblanc I think 1924. Second, federal law requires you to label your goods in a package that identifies the source by name—you— and location or be fined. See http://www.ftc.gov/os/statutes/fpla/fplact.html. I do not know what PA law may be.
