That is what my attorney said.
He would have his paralegal do it.
It would take half a day to do that implying that there would be a charge for that.
That is not normal?

I do not think he can charge you for this. I do think he may put a "lien" against the case, which will pile up with his atty fee lien too. Check with the state bar to be sure.
