so basically you are saying miranda rights are obsolete? That law was created after a guy convicted of rape admitted to the crime he committed and claimed he had no idea about his rights. So he gets away with rape, and normal people still get screwed over without being read their rights? just asking if this is correct. Is this the way the law works? The land of freedom? (hypocritical)
