Alcoholism is considered a disability, which requires reasonable accommodation under Federal law. However, if the employer is offering you such accommodation such as the program you describe, you cooperate and take the treatment or the employer will be justified in letting you go

I understand the concern with alcohlism. However I don't understand how they can govern what I do in my time off. If this happens whats next? They will be telling me whom I can date.
