No problem,Thanks for your quick reply. Let my try and be more clear...
1 issue: My lawyer said right before my court date that he was not going to be able come but that someone from the firm would be there. No one showed up, so therefore I had to proceed with the hearing alone. I paid a month earlier and he completed the paperwork for me prior to my hearing. But like I said, he was supposed to be there but he was not.
Issue 2: we both planned to reaffirm my car. He did not do that. My car loan is included in my BK. I know what that means, I'm no longer responsible for the debt. BUT that was never my plan. I want my loan to be reaffirmed so that it appears on my credit reports and so that my bank reports to the bureaus so that my credit would bounce back faster.
I have 2 issues with him.
My question is...if the fact that he never showed up to my court hearing and I paid him to file my BK, is that a reason to file a complaint?
