Thanks for the response. I am actually using an attorney. I told her to include it and her response was no. She didn't think it matters since a copy of the bk filing was sent to the defendant attorney. I'll call her now. By the way the law firm handling my divorce is the same handling my BK just a different attorney but both spoke to me before filing. I appreciate your honest feedback and willingness to spend sometime answering a stranger question for free. After my experience with my soon to be ex-wife I don't see myself going to court without a legal representation.
