Then you won't qualify to do it in three years; you'll have to wait the 5. When that time comes, I strongly recommend having a consultation with an immigration lawyer. USCIS can look into your divorce to make sure your marriage was real from the beginning, and if they decide it wasn't, they could revoke your green card.

I was abused that way that he cheated on my multiple times with man and women.
