Yes, your admission is not inconsistent with such programs. And if retaining counsel is not within your financial abilities, that is OK because when you show up at your first appearance, counsel will be appointed for you and they will guide you through it.

Oh so me admitting wont mess up my chances to get it off my recored and do you think I will get jail time or what do you think I will get since it's my first offense ?

Listen carefully to what I am saying. I am saying that your admission is not inconsistent with the entry into the programs such as pretrial diversion. If you are looking to go in a different direction, then my answer might be different.
