Please also REGISTER the corporation as a registered foreign corporation in the State of Georgia where you will operate or you may be operating illegally in that GA

Lol Mr. Frederick, I'm moving to Georgia because of the company I'm running (a record label) is a gold mind filled with talented musicians looking to sign. Georgia is a great opportunity for my record label to survive at :)
